There are some things we do because they have always been done that way which can lead to or uphold power imbalances. Take notice of some of your physical surroundings at work or during online meetings. Does the CEO or folks from the leadership team always kick-off or lead the conversation, talk more than others around the table, or always sit at the head of the conference room table? Notice those things, write them down and then let's talk next time about what to do with that information.
