About the Philly Leadership Lab
I'm Caralyn Spector, founder of Philly Leadership Lab. For over 30 years, I've worked across philanthropy, corporate, government, academia, nonprofit, and arts and culture with MTV, Columbia University, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the William Penn Foundation, among others - always at the intersection of organizational change and leadership development.
